Young Hollywood: American Idol Finalist Vonzell Solomon

American Idol has been the platform for many aspiring singers, including the incredibly talented Vonzell Solomon. Vonzell was the 2nd runner up in Idol’s 4th Season, where country singer, Carrie Underwood, took the win. Although she didn’t win Idol, she made so many great friendships on Idols with other participants from her season, as well as seasons prior to and after hers. Idol was definitely effective in taking this Florida Black Belt mail lady from delivering mail to delivering songs to the hearts of her fans. With her success, she’s been able to start her own Record label, and has also been seen in Todrick Hall’s musical, “Oz” The Musical, where she previously walked into the ruby red slippers of Dorothy, and currently flying into the Bubble of the good witch, Galinda, as well as Dorothy’s Aunt Em, starring alongside Danity’s Kane’s former member, Andrea, and “That’s So Raven” star, Orlando Brown, also known from his role in Major Payne.
